Shipping and Returns
Shipping:
Items that are in stock are usually delivered within 7 working days. Shipping can however take up to 21 working days if the item is not in stock at the time of ordering. We ship from Monday to Friday and business days do not include weekends or Holidays!
Once we have processed your order (usually within 24-48 hours) you will receive an email confirmation on the e-mail you provided us upon ordering.
As soon as we ship your order out you will receive another email with a tracking number so you can track your shipment.
In any case, if there is any issue with your order on our side, you will receive an email notification.
Unfortunately however delays can happen which are beyond our control.
General refunds policy:
Our refund policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase date, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.
You can return the delivered product within 14 calendar days of the delivery date.
The product must be completely unused and in the original packaging in order to get a refund.
We are not responsible for the loss of your return. The return costs are for your own account.
Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you.
We will inspect the returned item upon receipt. If the product has been used, we cannot accept your return for hygienic reasons.
